I had a pleasant stay, with a clean room and just a short stroll to lovely cafes like bilbys and the Crooked Swan, making every morning feel special as I explored the nearby Crewkerne & District Museum, which was only about a kilometer away and filled with fascinating local history. as a single traveler, I appreciated the easy access to beautiful walking areas and parks around the hotel.

The staff were welcoming and really helpful. I had a great night sleep, the bed was super comfy, and there was fresh coffee waiting for me every morning.

The room was fabulous with a cozy bed, modern bathroom, and a walk-in shower. It had nice furnishings and was spotlessly clean. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Breakfast included a range of cereals and a delicious cooked option served quickly. Evening meals were excellent, with a lovely atmosphere to boot.

On arrival, the room turned out to be colder than expected, and the shower struggled to maintain a decent temperature. My request for a room with a bath went unfulfilled, resulting in disappointment for a solo traveler just wanting to relax after a long day.
